Irrelevant Rick Santorum Opens Mouth, Inserts Fascist Foot

Paying Attention is happy to announce a brand-new feature we call Fascinating. Some things are still able to surprise, amaze, befuddle and/or amuse us to an unusual degree. We would like to share these things with you from time to time.

I find it fascinating that anyone would bother digging up failed, one-term Christo-fascist Rick Santorum for insight into anything. Although, he does know a thing or two about having bla…people and many others rush to the polls to keep Little Ricky’s uber-religious hands off our government. Somewhat less surprising though, it was the cesspool of dis, mis and non-information known as Newsmax.

Santorum’s take on the nation-wide drubbing handed to religious fanatics and their ilk at the polls this week was, among other things, fascinating.

The former Ratpublican Pennsylvania Senator and make-believe presidential candidate mewled that Ohio’s decision to legalize marijuana and enshrine abortion in the state constitution was proof that “pure democracies are not the way to run a country.”
