Six Democratic
lawmakers – Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, Sen. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, Rep.
Jason Crow of Colorado, Rep. Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, Rep. Maggie
Goodlander of New Hampshire, and Rep. Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania – either
served in the military or in national security positions before they were
elected to office shared a video last week. The video reminded members of the
military and intelligence community that they “can refuse illegal orders” and
that “no one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution.”
It is part of their oath. An oath that lasts a lifetime.
Trump,
the most law unabiding president in American history, described this factually
accurate and completely legal message by people who actually served their
country instead of grabbing five deferments and calling having sex in the Seventies
his “Vietnam” “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!” (as always, random
capitalization is from the original text)
That’s right folks,
following the law, or recommending others follow the law, is now against the
law. And we have the criminal-infested, anti-Constitution John Roberts Extreme
Court to thank for giving aid and comfort to an already criminal (34
convictions and a rapist to boot) anti-America conman pretending to be
president.
Guilty
Conscience Much?
Naturally,
the Fascist/Trump Party went apeshit. They lied to their reality and mentally
challenged MAGAbots about what the video stated, claiming that it suggested
that those in the military ignore all orders from their demented,
fascist, convicted criminal, commissar-in-chief. Could it be that all of Trump’s
orders are unlawful. Given his history, his senility and his blatant disregard
for the law today, almost anything could be further from the truth.
The
Fascist Bureau of Interrogation is now investigating these patriotic veterans
for doing the right thing by supporting and defending the Constitution against
all enemies, foreign and domestic, even those living and working in the remains
of the White House.
When criminals give orders, are those who follow the orders criminals?
Offensive
defense secretary and professional alcoholic Pete Hegseth wants to call
decorated, retired Navy captain, now Senator Mark Kelly back to active duty so he
can court martial Kelly for, as previously mentioned, quoting military code, what the manual for courts martial says.
Rule
155
The
rule that a superior order is not a defense was set forth in the Charters of
the International Military Tribunals at Nuremberg and at Tokyo. Here it is:

Donny
Bonespurs, who has repeatedly disrespected the military from brass to grunts,
prefers that “his” military should – don’t pardon the expression – just follow
orders. To that end, Der Furor is threatening to hang for sedition these
patriots who spoke truth to assholes.
It seems
that Darn Old Trump is just trying to see how much shit he can totally fuck up
before he keels over from the decades of stupidity and self-abuse. And crime.
