the long lost face of Kristi Noem from 10 years and some unknown number of
drastic, mostly unsuccessful “cosmetic” procedures earlier, likely lying to someone else .

mother couldn’t pick her out of police line-up.

Apparently not
wanting to lie to Congress and the American people anymore that day, Noem used
her last lie to claim she had to leave the hearing for a meeting. That meeting
had already been canceled. Now, she needs to be canceled.
