Damned liberal media! The interview to which President Joe
Biden was subjected by George Stephanopoulos was a disgrace. Stephanopoulos
spent the entire time basically asking Biden when he stopped beating his wife. Biden
held his own, but George buried himself in shame and did a big favor to demented, deranged,
disgraced, twice-impeached, sexual assaulter, 34-time felon and
Fifth-Amendment-dependent ex-one-term-president Trump.
Trump and the media have so shifted the goalposts that the
fact that he can only manage a full sentence if it's about Hannibal Lecter or
his dumbass version of the Lady or the Tiger – the Battery or the Shark – is no
longer news or of interest to the media, which is just looking for clicks. The American
people deserve and need to have Trump’s bullshit, failing mental abilities and
desire to be a dictator above all else.
Trump gets away with murder (figuratively, so far) and Biden
has the nerve to be old. Yes, Biden has lost a few steps, but his policies have
not. Mentally speaking, Trump started out way behind the curve, has lost many
more steps than Biden and even more marbles, and he has no policies...other
than Project 2025. Oh yeah, and did we mention Trump has 34 felony convictions?
People keep agonizing over whether Joe Biden can make it
through four years of a second term. This misses the point. Biden only has to
defeat Trump and make it through January 20, 2025. After that he’s free to do
as he chooses.
There is no simple way out of this - at least not a good
one. Biden can't just hand over his war chest to a new candidate, unless it's
Harris – or she is at least on the ticket – and everyone knows how much
Americans love women and people of color.
