Thought For The Day

I Just Thought of Something
November 5, 2018
Hey, remember when a goofball by the name of George W. Bush lost the popular vote and was appointed in a 5-4 decision by an dangerously conservative Supreme Court who insisted that their ruling could not be used as precedent in any other case presumably because it was a shamelessly partisan, questionably Constitutional decision designed to keep Democrats out of power so that anti-democratic Republican’ts would be able to stack federal courts and control the Supreme Court, and then Bush ended up being the worst president in history?  Remember how only eight short years later Bush’s horrible presidency seemed nowhere near as atrocious as that of their latest standard bearer, a moronic, racist, conman narcissist, and crime boss with dictatorial aspirations who also lost the popular vote?  This guy has his own Supreme Court and is on the verge of having his own Attorney General.
Dumber and Dumbest…hopefully
Speaking of the popular vote, I believe they may be having one tomorrow.  I hope it’s still popular on Wednesday.
The whole world’s watching
This has been your Paying Attention Thought For The Day.
You're welcome.
What is your thought for the day?

  1. there is only going out and voting to be done now. I am long done with trying to convince other people to change their views, this requires a number of interventions not the last of which is often intensive psychotherapy. Let's hope the younger America can find its way out of the fog and ennui and take up their role in this experiment called democracy.
